Preamble
The e-commerce website knify.gg is managed by MAXESPORT company, which is the only operator.
As a result, the customer acknowledges that he is fully aware that his agreement regarding the content of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GSC) does not require the handwritten signature of this document.
The website KNIFY.GG mentions the following information:
– Legal notice allowing the identification of KNIFY
– Presentation of the characteristics and visual of the proposed properties
– Indication of the price of goods and, if applicable, delivery charges
– Indication of the terms of payment and delivery
– The existence of a right of withdrawal or return of goods (sub-conditions)
– The validity period of prices and promotions
All this information is presented in English. The consumer declares to understand this language and to have the full legal capacity to engage under these Terms.

Article 1
Integrality
These Terms express the entire obligations of the parties. In this sense, the customer accepts without reserve the entirety of the provisions envisaged in these GSC. No other general or specific condition may be incorporated herein.
Article 2
Purpose
The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the rights and obligations of KNIFY (company offering for sale the products on the Website that it operates: knify.gg and its Customers (consumers and professionals) in the sales of products through the e-commerce website knify.gg (hereinafter “the Site”).
The knify.gg site is the property of MAXESPORT, whose head office is located at :

Article 3
Entry into force and duration
The applicable conditions are those in effect on the site at the time of placing the order. KNIFY reserves the right to modify, without notice and at any time, these Terms and Conditions, the modifications being applicable to all orders after these modifications.
Article 4
Electronic Validation
The “double click” of the customer under the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature that has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
Article 5
Order Confirmation
The contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery or failing that, to the address indicated by the consumer when ordering.
For any purchase of products prohibited for sale to minors (replicas of sharp weapons, video games, etc.), the customer certifies being of legal age when placing the order. KNIFY cannot be held responsible in the event of a purchase for a third party.
Article 6
Proof of the transaction
The computerized registers, kept on the servers of the KNIFY company host under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The archiving of orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable, durable and secure medium that can be produced if necessary as proof.
Article 7
Products information
The KNIFY company presents on its site knify.gg the products to sell with the necessary characteristics which make it possible to respect the article L 111-1 of the Code of the consumption, which foresees the possibility for the potential consumer to know before the taking of final order the essential characteristics of the product he wishes to acquire.
Article 8
Stock
The offers presented by the company KNIFY on the site knify.gg are only valid while stocks last.
Article 9
Applicable prices
The prices are indicated in euros and are only valid on the date of dispatch of the order form by the customer. They do not take into account shipping costs, which are billed additionally.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, including VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable rate of VAT will be automatically reflected in the price of products on the knify.gg site.
The full price of the items must be paid when ordering.
Article 10
Method of payment
You can pay for your purchases by Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, CB. KNIFY reserves the right to suspend any order in the event of a payment refused by its bank. Discount coupons are not cumulative (with the exception of vouchers). Any order placed may not include more than one discount voucher. Discount coupons whose date has expired are permanently forfeited, whether they are percentage or cash discounts.
Article 11
Availability of products
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer will be informed at the earliest within 5 working days and will be able to cancel his order in part or in full. The customer will then have the choice to be reimbursed for the amount paid within 30 days at the latest and this at his request or to replace the missing product with another product of the same or lower value. The reimbursement will be made only according to the methods of payment initially used by the customer. The KNIFY company gives the customer the possibility of receiving a credit for the amount for later use.
Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, when all of their products are available.
If an item is unavailable, your order will be prepared upon receipt of the item. You can request a partial shipment of your order (by contacting our customer service by email at contact@knify.gg), additional shipping costs will then be charged.
Article 12
Delivery policy
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer when ordering.
Price and shipping costs:
The prices displayed on the site are in Euros, all taxes included (inc VAT). The sale price does not take into account shipping costs, which are billed additionally.
However, orders for overseas departments and territories are invoiced exclusive of tax (ex VAT). For orders outside the European Union and in the French overseas departments and territories, customs fees, duties and taxes may be claimed by customs services or transporters. These costs will be paid by the Customer.
The KNIFY company reserves the right to modify the prices of the products at any time. In the event of a price variation subsequent to the order, the products will be invoiced to the Customer on the basis of the prices at the time the order is confirmed.
The shipping costs, calculated according to the nature of the items ordered and the carrier selected are specified in the Customer’s basket at the end of the selection of the various products, and are recalled in the summary of the order which precedes the validation. Some products may benefit from a “Free Shipping” offer. Shipping is then offered only for shipment to Metropolitan France and by the cheapest carrier for the delivery of said products (unless otherwise indicated on the site). If other products are shipped at the same time, the weight of the products benefiting from the “Free Shipping” offer will not be taken into account when calculating shipping costs.
Delivery method:
Subject to the stipulations below, the Customer will be delivered according to the methods chosen and compatible with the order.
Home delivery :
Delivery is made by Colissimo, Chronopost or DPD, depending on the Customer’s choice and the carrier’s compatibility with the order. It can only take place once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made in full. The bank payment centers that may be involved will therefore have given their prior payment agreement.
The Customer will be notified by the KNIFY company of the day of dispatch of the order. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take all measures so that the order can be received. In the event of an order with a delivery address different from the billing address, KNIFY has the option of contacting the person who must receive the order.
The carrier will proceed to the delivery of the order to the Customer himself or to the third party, a natural person designated by the Customer or to any authorized person, with the authority to accept the delivery of the order on behalf of the recipient (person at the same address as the Customer or designated third party).
Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer under the conditions defined below.
During the presentation of the package(s) by the carrier, it is necessary to be present to allow delivery in the best possible conditions. Transportation does not include delivery to floors which remains for the driver’s approval. In case of failure of the first delivery attempt, the Customer shall within 48 hours contact KNIFY or its carrier to agree on a date of withdrawal of the order at the premises of the Carrier at the expense of the Customer. After this period, KNIFY will be entitled to cancel the order because of the Customer. Products ordered, undelivered and not withdrawn will be returned for default of delivery attributable to the Customer. The return costs related to the failure of the delivery due to the customer will be the responsibility of the latter and are equivalent to the price paid shipping on the order shipped.
In case of cancellation of the order by the Customer, KNIFY will proceed, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the cancellation to the refund of the price of the order minus the delivery costs.
Delivery restrictions:
KNIFY reserves the right to refuse delivery in certain public places in the case where the security of delivery is not ensured (hotels, schools, bars restaurants etc.). Indeed, it is impossible to guarantee delivery by hand to the recipient of the parcel in these places. In this case, the delivery can be carried out at the post office at the Customer’s choice.
Preparation and delivery times:
Preparation and delivery times are indicated as follows on several occasions on the site and in particular on each product sheet.
These are the preparation and delivery deadlines generally recorded and have no contractual value.
Delivery without signature:
The consumer is responsible for his choice of delivery and acknowledges that the delivery without signature – by its nature – transfers the liability of the carrier’s package to the consumer from the moment it is delivered to the mailbox or to a third party at the delivery address. Only the carrier’s proof is valid. It is then appropriate for the consumer to ask directly to the carrier in case of dispute. This responsibility can be transferred during a delivery against signature, assuring the consumer its good delivery. For this, the consumer must opt for a delivery in Colissimo with delivery against signature, during the passage of the order.
Accuracy of the delivery address:
The consumer is responsible for the destination address he provides. It must provide as much information as possible for the proper delivery of the package. If the delivery has not been able to continue its routing for incomplete or incorrect address, the actual delivery costs for a reshipment are the responsibility of the consumer. These costs must be paid before returning the package.
Reception on delivery:
The consumer is required to check the condition of the parcel received upon receipt and to report the damage due to the carrier on the delivery note (delivery against signature), as well as KNIFY, within 5 days. working days.
Delivery by La Poste:
In case of absence during home delivery, a notice will be delivered in mailbox, to remove the package at the post office indicated during business hours, within 15 days. In case of late delivery in relation to the date indicated in the shipping email, the consumer must report the delay by contacting KNIFY Customer Service who will launch a survey with La Poste. The investigation may take up to 30 days from the start date of the investigation. If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-routed immediately. If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the 30-day inquiry period, the Post Office considers the package as lost and KNIFY will return the goods at its expense. If the ordered products were no longer available at this time, KNIFY will refund the amount of the products concerned by the loss of the carrier. KNIFY declines any responsibility as for the lengthening of the delivery times because of the carrier, in particular in case of loss of products or strike.
Article 13
Delivery problems due to the carrier
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken product …) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of “handwritten reserves”, accompanied by the signature of the customer. The consumer will also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within two business days following the date of delivery a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt exposing the said claims. Article 14
Delivery Errors
The consumer must formulate with the company KNIFY the same day of the delivery or at the latest the first working day following the delivery, any claim of error of delivery and / or nonconformity of the products in kind or quality compared the information on the order form. Any claim made after this period will be rejected.
The formulation of this claim with the KNIFY company must be made in priority by e-mail to the following address: contact@knify.gg. For the good treatment of the request, the consumer must specify the reference of the order written on the delivery note. Any claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits can not be taken into account and release KNIFY Company from any liability towards the customer. Upon receipt of the complaint, the KNIFY company will assign a merchandise return number or exchange of the product(s) concerned(s) and will communicate by e-mail to the customer.
The exchange or the return of a product can take place only after the attribution of a number of exchange according to the approach presented above. In case of error of delivery or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to KNIFY as a whole and in its original packaging, in Colissimo, to the following address: KNIFY, Customer Service, 1 Rue Amélia Earhart 78125 Gazeran ZAC du Bel Air.
To be accepted, any request for return must be notified beforehand to the Customer Service of KNIFY. Shipping costs are borne by the company KNIFY, except in the event that it turns out that the product does not match the original declaration made by the customer in the declaration of return.
Article 15
Sales outside Europe, Taxes and Customs
Deliveries outside the European Union are not subject to VAT. However, they may be subject to local taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. The amount of customs duties, taxes or other charges in connection with the importation of goods depends on the regulations in force in each country and is the responsibility of the recipient upon receipt of his parcel. It is therefore up to the customer to take the necessary information from the local authorities concerned and to ensure that the specific formalities for importing goods into the territory of the country of destination are followed. KNIFY can not be held responsible for the failure of law enforcement by the customer in his country.
Article 16
Return policy
Returnable Product Conditions:
We only accept products returned in their entirety, in their original complete and intact packaging (including accessories), and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged in order to compromise its sale, can not be the subject of a right of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The products that have been the object of customization (NameTag / StatTrak) can not be taken back under any circumstances.
Refund and right of withdrawal:
The consumer has a period of 14 working days, to assert his right of withdrawal on products that do not suit him. This right of withdrawal must be submitted by email to KNIFY Customer Service (contact@knify.gg). This period runs from the delivery to the customer.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for the costs of return. In the event of the exercise of the right of retraction, the customer has the choice to ask for either the refund of the sums paid, or the exchange of the product. The reshipping will be at the expense of the consumer. KNIFY will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 14 days of receiving the return. The consumer will then be reimbursed by crediting his bank account in case of payment by credit card or in the form of credit if the customer requests.

Article 17
Partial validation
If one or more stipulations of these general conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their strength and reach.
Article 18
No waiver
The fact for one of the parties not to invoke a breach by the other party to one or any obligation referred to in these terms and conditions of sale shall not be construed for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
Article 19
Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law. This is so for the rules of funds as for the rules of form. In case of disputes, the customer can make its claims with the SAS KNIFY Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
Article 20
Information Technology and Liberties
The information requested from the customer is necessary for the processing of his order and may be communicated to the contractual partners of the company KNIFY involved in the execution of this order. The customer can write to the company KNIFY-MAXESPORT, 1 Rue Amélia Earhart 78125 Gazeran ZAC du Bel Air, to oppose such communication, or to exercise his rights of access, rectification with respect to information on concerning and appearing in the files of the company KNIFY, under the conditions laid down by the law of January 6, 1978.
Article 21
Amendments and updating of catalog prices and order validation
The information and descriptions written and the photos that accompany them on the product sheets may be modified without reservation or notice.
When updating collections, only the written descriptions are contractual, the photos are said: “Non contractual”. For more information on the products, the customer must if he wants, to ask for confirmation on the accuracy of the visual online and this before starting an order procedure.
The prices indicated on our website are checked daily and validated by our services following sales orders and before shipment. It may therefore be stipulated to the customer that the recorded order is not receivable due to a technical incident or a price display error. As such the order would be canceled immediately and the customer informed of this cancellation and refunded by the standard cancellation process.
