Yes, you can browse and place an order on Knify with complete peace of mind. Our site is fully secure in HTTPS, our banking partners are PCI level 1 certified and also guarantee the security of all payments made through TLS (SSL).

No, for matters of security, checks and bank transfers are not accepted as means of payment.

For environmental reasons we do not print invoices. They are accessible at any time from your customer area in the “my orders” section. You can consult, download and print them if needed.

We accept payments with the main Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard…). Payment is directly debited when placing the order.

We use 3D Secure to further secure purchases. An authentication request by SMS or on your bank’s application can be requested by your smartphone in order to finalize the transaction.

If you do not receive a code or an authentication request, check that 3D Secure is activated and that you have a network. If so, contact your bank directly. It is possible to call us directly so we can help you pay by card, no information is recorded or kept.
