DELIVERY AND RETURNS

If the package goes into the letterbox it will be dropped off directly. If it is too large to fit in the mailbox and in case of absence, a calling card will be left in the mailbox so you can collect the package at the post office closest to you.

You have 30 days to return your order to us, to start the procedure, use the form at the bottom of this page.

Only products returned in their original packaging, complete and intact (including accessories), and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.

The products should be returned to the following address:

Any incomplete product, which has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged in such a way as to compromise its re-sale, may not be subject to a right of withdrawal.

Products that have been personalized (StatTrak, NameTag, Flocage) cannot be returned to us.

You can request either an exchange or a refund of the returned product(s). In the latter case, the products concerned will be refunded to you at the reception of the package by us.

Refund will be made by credit directly to your bank account and within 10 days maximum from the date of receipt by us.

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer, in certain exceptional cases we can offer a free return.
